- Publisher cadences vary and do not prove a Fonteum load completed. Fonteum's loaded OIG LEIE release was dated May 8, 2026 when checked July 12; the other lists expose their own available observation metadata.
- Can I show what an exclusion list said on a past date?
- No universal replay is available. The July 12 audit found retained closed-row history only for UK sanctions, procurement awards, provenance claims, OFAC SDN, and UN sanctions. It did not establish replay for LEIE, SAM.gov, or state-exclusion serving rows. Retain the dated response for other lists.
