TRUST CENTER · DATA PROVENANCE STATEMENT

Per-source license, release URL, redistribution rights — published.

Every federal data source Fonteum ingests is listed below with its license, CMS Socrata dataset_id where applicable, release URL, refresh cadence, and last-pulled snapshot date. 15 source families currently registered.

A formal commercial-redistribution legal memo is being completed in Q2 2026 and will be published on this page on completion. The structured public-source listing below is itself a diligence-grade artifact in the interim — every cited source is verifiable against the CMS / OIG primary URL.

Fonteum Provenance Specification v1.0

Every public field on every Fonteum surface is anchored to a registered public-record source. Derived datasets (CCN-anchored joins, identity graph rollups, per-state aggregations) preserve source attribution downstream — the SourceChip primitive on every rendered field cites source · last-checked date · limitations. See /methodology for the full per-field provenance contract and the methodology version pinning that makes derivations reproducible.

Built on the authoritative federal record

The primary sources, named on every page.

These are the federal agencies whose public datasets Fonteum ingests and attributes — the issuing authorities, not customers or partners. Every figure on the site links back to one of them.

Reproducible by design

Every figure traces to its federal source.

14-tuple provenance

Every rendered fact ties to a source URL, dataset ID, snapshot date, row key, and SHA-256 — the full chain-of-custody record.

Reproducible SQL

Each study ships the exact query behind its figures, run against the cited federal snapshot. Re-run it yourself.

Daily count checks

Published counts are checked against the upstream federal datasets on a daily cadence, with drift logged.

The U.S. healthcare graph AI can cite — every fact carries its source.

Every fact Fonteum serves carries a signed, re-checkable trust mark — source, as-of date, and an Ed25519 signature travel with the data. Re-check any fact at fonteum.com/verify · the trust-mark standard (W3C Verifiable Credentials 2.0, C2PA-aligned).
