Fonteum Provenance Specification v1.0
Public records can carry a registered source, observation date, and limitation when that provenance is available. Derived datasets (CCN-anchored joins, identity graph rollups, and per-state aggregations) preserve the attribution present in their inputs; fields without a linked provenance row are not represented as source-linked.
