The chain index shows available attestation rows and live counts; coverage is not universal, historical digest semantics can vary, and no provenance fact currently links deterministically to a witness signature.
- What is an in-toto witness signature?
- An in-toto witness signature is a supply-chain integrity primitive for a recorded transformation step. Where Fonteum stores an Ed25519 witness signature, it covers the recorded snapshot payload; it does not certify every research snapshot or individual data value.
- Where can I access Fonteum's snapshot audit chain?
